We are searching for a respectful student to rent out one unfurnished bedroom in our house. There are already some college students renting here. The monthly rent is $750-850 for one bedroom with a shared or private full-sized bathroom depending on the room. The shared full-sized bathroom is shared between two students.
Includes water, electricity, laundry room, wifi, T.V, and pool. Kitchen privileges are limited and do not include the refrigerator (more details will be provided during the tour). It is recommended for tenants to bring their own mini refrigerator to keep inside their bedrooms. No smokers, pets, or overnight guests.
Located near Nordahl freeway exit. Close to the Sprinter train station and Walmart in San Marcos. Two exits (3.5 miles) away from CSUSM.
The rental term is month by month. One month's notice is required before moving out.
