About the location: FANTASTIC. We are a 15-minute walk to UMBC, 10 mins driving to BWI, yet our block is QUIET and SAFE with enough parking. Other walkable locations to the supermarkets and bus station.
About the apartment: For rent is one bedroom of a 3 bed, 2 full baths, Townhouse. The apartment is fully furnished including this room, which has two windows, recessed lighting, a big closet, and a lockable door.
Laundry is in the basement.
About roommates: 2 international graduate students at UMBC are living in the two upstairs bedrooms.
They are so quiet, sometimes cooking food at home, most of the time, they stay at their bedrooms.
Misc stuff: Income verification required. Smoking inside and drugs are not allowed.
