Hi! My name is Paola. I am a 28 year old female living with my very friendly Australian Shepherd mix named Blue! I bought this house a couple of years ago and am looking to rent out my spare bedrooms (currently have two bedrooms available).

- free netflix, hulu, hbo max, peacock
- free housekeeping every two weeks
- All utilites like BGE, water, internet, etc. is included
- If you are my sole renter, you would have your own bathroom. But if you are renting with a friend you would share the bathroom.
A little about me: I am an investment professional working in Baltimore for almost 8 years. I stay very active with soccer, weight lifting, martial arts. gardening, and hiking with my dog. I also enjoy meeting friends at church and will occasionally host my bible study group for dinner and discussion.
House rules:
- No smoking (vaping is permitted. I really just care about the smell)
- No laundry after 9pm (My room is on the other side of the laundry room and the rattling will wake me up)
