Here's all you need to know about this townhouse. This townhouse 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom. This property is meant to be shared amongst a total of 4 people. The owner (22 years old) lives in the basement while the upstairs bedrooms are rented out.
Tenants (male or female because the owner doesn't discriminate) will share spaces such as the full bathroom (for showering), kitchen, and washer + dryer. Shared spaces are defined within the lease. Utilities are included in the rent, so all you do is pay a lump sum amount. Since the owner is a big fan of simplicity, rent payments are preferred via Zelle or similar method. Lease terms can range between 6 months to 1 year+.
Parking has never been a problem, there's plenty of street parking.
All the owner asks is you respect other tenants, communicate, and don't make a lot of noise at night, especially given some people may be working full time and get up early in the morning. Also, no smoking and preferably no pets (it's really a matter of negotiation).
