The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It also features a washer/dryer that is provided as-is. Hard surface flooring is installed throughout the condo with area rugs.
Barefoot Resort is home to four world-class championship golf courses, the Norman, Love, Fazio, and Dye! Right across the waterway is the famous Barefoot Landing where you can enjoy a concert at The House of Blues, have a tantalizing steak dinner at Greg Norman's Australian Grille, and enjoy a variety of local shops all within a short drive from your condo!
After a long day of golf, relax by the sparkling community swimming pool, take the free shuttle (during the summer) to the beach, or enjoy coffee or sweet tea on the condo's back porch overlooking the Greg Norman course!
This condo is completely non-smoking, including the porch.
Pets are not permitted.
Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted at Barefoot Resort.
Guests have seasonal access to the Wedgewood community pool only.
The beach shuttle only operates during peak summer months.
The rent is $1,800.00 per month, including water, sewer, basic cable, trash, and landscaping. The tenant is responsible for all other utilities.
The security deposit is $1,800.00 and renters insurance is required.
